Products from Dr. Tim's Aquatics work very well. These were developed based on his Ph.D. dissertation of nitrogen cycling in salt and fresh water aquaria.

I've had great success with Seachem Stability.

I'll second Stability, it seems to have worked for me. There's also Fritz Zyme 7 which I have used a few times and a couple times it worked well, the third time I almost lost all my discus. So I'll never use it again.
