    Default Spot on new fish

We are new at discus and noticed a white raised spot on our blue diamond. It is toward the back and below his dorsal fin. Thoughts?

It doesn't look too serious. I'd keep up with daily water changes and add about 2TBS salt per 10g for a week or so...

I would just use 2-3 TBS regular salt with no additives per 10g for 10 days and replace the percentage of salt removed during water changes. That's actually a pretty mild amount so no worries...

I would use the non-iodized version.

I bought this because if you're doing large changes you end up going through it pretty quick.
