    Default New wigglers and light

Should I leave the light on so the parents can see to move the wigglers around?

As long as there is ambient light in the room it's enough for the Discus to see. At night I use a small night light.

New born fry are nearly blind. Leaving the lights off with maybe a nightlight will help keep them from scattering as well as find the parents.

I usually have low light on so I can see, but when on vacation there are no lights and the fry still will attach to the parents. When visiting some friends(backyard hobbyist) and Discus farms they have their tanks out doors, they remind me to visit them before sunset because there are no lights. Discus have their own natural instincts by using their lateral lines so they don't bump into rocks and the tank walls, unlike humans we need our eyes.
