    Default disease or camouflage

I rescued this discus from another local hobbyist. I was wondering if it's camouflage or a discus disease. It's been eating well with my other discus. I have attached pictures.IMG_7883.jpgIMG_7772.jpg31830FF4-49B8-4803-8F5E-FD9E6B1A9D83.jpg

You take a lot of chances to recue a fish and put it with your others. It does appear stunted; not sure if that is healing fin damage or maybe fin rot. I don't think the spotting is a disease but I've never seen a discus with that color variation before. It looks sad. Also appears to be wasting away.

It looks like it needs a good worming to me. The color is weird, but I think it's the fish's natural color.

They might still have Discus with the black spots in Thailand.

Are the spots consistent? Or do they fade in and out, or move around?

The previous hobbyist already dewormed it. I've had it for 4 months before I added any other discus. The other discus are stendker discus and came after.

How can one tell if a discus is stunted?

The eyes will appear larger and sometimes football shaped and skinny. The eyes grow but the body doesn't.
