This is precisely why I hate Discus
Everytime you think you have what you want someone posts pics or videos of something else and you feel that bug starting to bite again. Those are some really nice Discus...really really nice.

They are fantastic looking discus! No need to kill anybody to obtain fish like those, just need to have VERY deep pockets!
I have seen some of Hugo’s fish (Santarem Discus) that looked very similar. I think retail they were 750 to 900 euro ea.
Any breeder producing fish like that has done the fish justice and deserves every penny of the farm gate price!

Every time I see a photo in a dark tank and a radiating looking fish, I know for sure that the fish would not look this way in my aquarium.
