Sick DISCUS PLZ HELP!!
Ive had my discus tank established for about 3 months. Recently one of my discus fell ill. it has a lesion on its side, which i originally thought was a burn from the heater. my local discus breeder gave me API pemimix, but in not sure its having any effect. my water is good and temp also. Please help identify what this is

Can you post a clearer photo and focus on the wound? This doesn't look like aeromonas but it's hard to tell.
However, it does look bacterial. Pending the answers to the questionnaire, I would be prepared to place it in a hospital tank for treatment.

Ive been trying to complet the questionnarie but cant seem tp figure out how to post it. Im currently living in Vietnam so im not sure what medications are available here. His eyes seem to be a bit dark also. on the bright side,its not hiding anymore and the infection doesnt seem to be getting worse. Maybe the API is working along with the salt.IMG_1545.jpg

Only with each water change, as salt is only removed with water changes. If you keep adding every day, the concentration of salt will increase.
