Default Discus first spawn need help

Need some advice on my discus first spawn. I don’t know what to do. The pair decided to spawn which I thought was impossible since my water parameter is not suited for breeding. I have not done a water changes in a week.

I don’t know if I need to do a water change.
What food should I feed them? Live vs frozen

    Hi,
Spawning can happen in any water but whether the eggs are fertile or will hatch is another matter. When were they laid? Do you have wigglers or just eggs ? Can you post pics?

We have a ton of resources here on breeding discus which I would suggest you search and read up on.. we can then better answer your questions and guide you if they do in fact hatch.

Raising fry is a commitment but its not really that hard..initially the parents do most of the work... at some point though you will need to hatch bbs to suppliment the fry.

    Give us some more info.
