    Default Interview with a Hawk

I have been trying to land a photoshoot with a Red Tail hawk for while now. They are always too busy to give me more than a passing shot. Finally I had some one on one time...

Great set Al, I love when it looks at you directly and seems to say "What do you want"?

Great pictures! I’ve tried so many times but just can’t get those types of pics. What lens are you using?

Thanks Tom. Those were with a Tamron 150-600 g2 lens on a nikon d500 dslr. The lens is an excellent value but is only availible in some camera mounts. I Normally use pentax but had to add nikon to my bag because I wanted this lens and tamron dropped pentax support.

Hi Tom, I have heard good things about the D7500. It's basically the hobbyist version of the D500. Does it have an auto mode? If yes could be a good starting point.

You have a very capable camera in the D7500. The real magic is in the lens though.

If you want talk camera stuff drop me a Pm...
