Pat these are all Gorgeous shots and yes, even the fantasy shot with the moon. I have to say I am very envious of you! You have so many beautiful birds to work with there, especially this time of year. You have really developed capturing that well. Its probably best I don't live in Florida, I would probably be out shooting 24/7.

Yes, the one with the moon. People love corny.

Except for a small crop and noise reduction this one is straight out of the camera. The goal was to shoot birds against the morning sky as silhouettes and this happened.

When I am out shooting sometimes I create goals for myself like to capture a certain behavior. Here I was watching a glossy ibis collecting nesting materials. They do not seem to particular about the stick chosen, only light and available lol. The birds were collecting their nesting materials at the base of the boardwalk.

The place for full of wood storks. Pairing, nest bulding, defending their stop. As a couple they are very tender with each other. Both tendering the nest at the same time. Quite often reaching over each other while tending the nest.

You can see how close the nests are. The males are constantly bring nesting materials for both of them to use.
