Wow, Congrats, please keep us updated.
Cheers!

I moved the thread here because I'm excited about this spawn and want to continue to document their growth, as long at they don't get eaten. Fingers crossed!
They started free swimming today and many are immediately attaching...

6 days free swimming and enjoying some BBS for breakfast...
Very nice! Chicago Discus have nice fish for sure.
You lucky guy. I'm doing nothing but waiting for my pairs to get in the mood. Do you have any other pairs in breeding tanks, Brian?
Mama Bear
There's some interest going on in the QT tank from the new arrivals, and I have a Melon pair tending eggs at the moment. As soon as QT is over I want to put the new spots in with the SS's from the contest growouts and the Panthera Leopard. Hopefully I'll get at least one pair out of there.
Very nice, Brian!
Here's my simple yet efficient BBS hatchery for a limited space - my kichen, lol... I alternate a new batch daily...

What are those 2 bases? Dis you make them or are they available commercially?

11 days FS. They're losing interest in the parents and looking more to bbs. Also beginning to take on a discus shape. I'll be removing them soon and give the parents a couple of weeks rest as soon as I find a place to put another tank, lol...
