Default Stendker Good Heart - Frozen or graduals?

I have a group of 8cm+ Stenskers in a 100 gal who are doing well and have been fed on a combo of Stendker good heart granules and frozen good heat slab.

Nutritionally, is there much of a difference?

I find it far easier to feed the granules and would do so exclusively if this would not be detrimental to the fish health?

    They seem to enjoy both.

Anyone else feed exclusively on granules or have any thoughts re this?

At 8cm you would be fine feeding just granules. Alot of experienced discus people feed only flake or granules with great success.

Thanks - is there a notable difference in nutrition, or is it just down to the serving format?

They are probably about equal in nutrition. The main reason people feed beefheart is juvies just seem to grow faster on it. But it is messier and requires frequent water changes compared to flake or granules. Also, if you have a large fish room, making your own beefheart mix is cheaper than buying granules or flake.
