I have also heard that Spirulina will enhance blues and I also remember that blue enhancer sera made ..Azoo currently markets one for Discus.

Honestly I am skeptical on the blues.. from everything I have read blue in fish doesnt come from a blue pigment.. its from the way light scatters.. so if true, you cant enhance blue with pigments in discus. .. however you can enhance them with the spectrum of light you use... thats because the blue in discus is from the way the light scatters so its a function of the wavelength. I make no claims here as to fully understanding the way this works but..

Heres a really decent write up ... its an older article but written mostly in an understandable way .

In the great majority of cases, this blue coloration results from physical phenomena and thus, blue is almost always a structural color-based largely on selective light scatter from surface elements that differ in refractive index. Blue is manifested as a normal color of many species or as a mutation in others.
I suppose things may have changed since then..but I think blues are best brought out by light.

I was going to mention light too. 6700k- 10,000k should make the blue pop more.
