Pitch Black Ram Pairs

I always offer them here on Simply several days before I post them for sale on AB. Right now I have 2 pairs available with more to come as they pair off. All my stock comes from CoralBandit who I'm afraid is now is no longer breeding fish. He worked for years refining this strain of blacks in order to make them totally black. Chuck (Charlyc11) and I are keeping his strain going. Pairs are $75. each plus $50. UPS Next Day Saver shipping. This is a pic of a related pair.

They look fab, none here in the UK. Do they come true Black/Black = Black fry?or mixed. Should have no trouble to move those.

They are all as black as in the photo. The fry are usually 50/50 black and gold, but I have had 3 pairs that produced all black fry in the past.

Liz, I've been thinking about giving rams a try since I am failing so miserably with apistos. Do you still have pairs currently or expect to have some soon? I'm in no rush and would have to get rid of quite a few male apistos to make room. But I think I'd like to get some from you if I'm going to give a whirl!

May last 5 pairs are being shipped off Monday. But I have a large batch that should be ready in about 6 weeks.

I think I would be interested in one pair at least. Maybe two. Going to start working on getting rid of all these extra male apistos!

Would it be OK to ship this far north that late in the year? I got apistos last year in January in a box with Styrofoam insulation inside.

yes, it's safe. I ship in a styro with a heat pack, too.
