    Found this guy at Ft. DeSoto North Beach earlier this summer. First time seeing it.

    Not typically Pat.. its like my Caracara in upstate michigan. sometimes birds just wind up way off course.
    I have seen sandhill cranes and cattle egrets here in ct

    . Last year we had a western kingbird and this year a western meadow lark..

    If you ever see something unusual go to ebirds.com and verify it or report it.
