Is this anchor worm? Or is this ich?
My water is reasonably clean. I never miss changing 25% water. Always vacuum out poop at the end of the day. However much tired I am.
Should I do PP bath? I can treat the fish in the tank itself. Since I have another tank almost ready. As I was working on moving them to a larger 70 gallon tank anyway.
    Thank you,

Looks to me like a discus pimple. Sure sign you need to change more water. It will go away with daily water changes.

    No!!!!!!!

Its not anchor worm. Its hard to clearly see but From where its at on the fish it looks like a small injury has some secondary fungus on it... did you notice any injuries? Improving water quality is a good suggestion.

I would run the tank with a higher dose of salt for several days. 1 level tablespoon per. 3 gals water . Seems alot but its not. You can go much higher than that safely.

    Message received. No PP bath.
I changed 50% water today. Will add higher concentration of salt (api aquarium salt).
    And keep a watch.

If I were in your shoes, I would do the salt as Al mentions. I would add — replace 1 of the FDBW with pellets. Increase the WC from 25% to close to 50% for a couple of weeks (if not, just stay at that level). This will improve your water quality.

Thank you Frank. That is what I plan to do. 50% water change will be significant work. Wish me luck. Got a 55 gallon barrel from Short Pump homedepot today. Need to set it up.

Just a quick update. The white spots I was seeing slowly have gone away. I have been changing 80% water a day since the last post in this thread.
    Thank you,
