    Default I think I have a pair

Last Mon. moved my 5 fish from Liz to a 75. Next day 2 fish seemed to be pairing off.
The female, ss tuned dark and the male is a bt. They are about 14 mts old and about
5-1/2 to 6 ". Since I moved them to the 75 they were hovering around the hydro 5 filter.
My filters are home made, "l" shaped with the sponge slipped on the bottom part and caped.
Well ,this is what they laid there eggs on Wed. night? A 1- 1/4 dia surface and it looked
liked there were about 30 - 40 eggs there.
The eggs were fungused this am but they kept fanning them and protecting them.
They finally ate the eggs this pm.
I am going to move them in to a 40 tomorrow and see what happens as they get
    more mature.

They ate the fngused egg during the night. Didn't expect anything different. I did a 75% w/c this afternoon and they started right away to clean there favorite spot,
a 1-1-4" dia cap. I 'm going to move them into a 40 on Sun, see what happens

I am not sure how to post pictures. I don't own a cell phone but I do have a d80 Nikon
I will take some pictures and see what they look like and then try and find out how to post.

Brady, you might wait till see if this is a confirm pair before moving them to a breeder tank.

Cliff, I came to the same conclusion last night. But,
I'm still up in the air about what to do mainly because they spend so much time
defending the area where thry laid there eggs.
    Anyway, Right now no moves.
