Default Sunken belly in some of my fish.

Hi guys, my fish are dewormed periodically, clean from external parasites also. The thing is, I'm making my own fish food recipe and testing on my fish first. Although they are eating well, some have started to show bellow the spine a little deformity. What do you guys think ? Could it be lack of vitamins or constipation?

Praziquantel and Flubendazole for deworming. https://imgur.com/a/Q6w57wp picture of one of them. Recipe is based on bovine liver, fish, carrot, cassava flour, eggs(list goes on, but that's what I remember right now)
