New Member food questions

New Member but have kept Discus for years.

I currently feed Stendker Good Heart every morning.

I also, for the day's 2nd feed, feed either, Original Stendker Granules, Tetra Pro Multi Coloured Crisps, Fluval Bug Bites, Hikari Vibra Bites, Daphnia, Freeze Dried Brine Shrimp or frozen Blood Worm.

I don't feed vegetables but would like to. In my tanks I also keep Cory's, Tetra and Plecs (I've heard Red Bell Peppers are fantastic for Plecs).

What can I stop feeding? What in the way of veg can I add and at what frequency?

I would imagine that your Tetra and Hakari foods contain veggies.

I would drop the tetra pro health crisps, daphnia, and brine shrimp. Consider adding spirulina flakes to replace the tetra. Add frozen mysis shrimp to replace the brine shrimp. Add freeze dried blackworms with spinach ...and finally... i know stendker good heart is big out in your area but if you are not adverse to it you can easily make your own homemade mix with spinach or collard greens or peas.... and add that spirulina flake to it as a binder.
