For the general fish keeper it would be too expensive for permits and import fees to ship fish/water by plane into Canada from the States, since 9/11. You can have a drop off point at the border then cross over and drive them across. Plus I answered that in your first post.

Yes, but not by plane. You would need to be an importer/shower with the correct paper work for flying them into a country. I bought discus from this sponsor located in BC, Canada. Not sure if he sells discus anymore, but he general as discus from the same breeders that other sponsor get their discus. He might even tell you where to buy some decent fish.
