    Yes...that all about birds link I gave you earler has a vid clip showing them. Where you are these are year round residents... they overwinter there and breed there. As spring approaches some will move north along the coastline. By March they are in the carolinas to breed..by May they are in Virginia. so basically these ones you just posted may have already molted their winter plummage and are growing in their breeding plummage for spring.
