BH and vitamins

I am making a new batch of BH mix. I am going to add vitamins and calcium as it seems that my last batch was lacking in nutrition. How many human vitamin and calcium tablets should I add? I have two hearts and about a pound of shrimp, four jars of baby food vegetables, a little bay food cereal, paprika, garlic powder, and gelatin. I used to add vitamins decades ago but forgot how many to use.

I use Centrum Vitamin since the 90's.

My old recipe is here... version 1.0. Used gelatin.

Latter versions got rid of the gelatin.

The vit.ratio stayed pretty much the same.

I used three of each. Might up that in the next batch, which will probably be in six months.
