Todays water change.
Lol I moved a similar pair into my breeding tank yesterdayFC6FB5EE-B4F3-46D1-A150-A69EABE11769.jpg. Within the hour the female laid eggs. Male was still to upset about the move though. F92BB613-6314-4E12-898D-32BF58825527.jpg. But watching the eggs today.
Todays water change.

I think they are getting annoyed or frustrated. They keep going back and forth with the fry trying to pass to the other. I started them with some brine shrimp but I can only feed in the morning or after 4 when I get home and have no idea if they are eating it.. I will set up my auto feeder also with some fry food in between while I am at work. I can release food for them via wifi and see with the surveillance camera.

Chuck, I would not use the auto feeder for fry food. You will have alot of Die offs if you do.. Its normal for the parents to swap the fry. Are you feeding enough BBS per feeding? I would suggest you try feeding them more BBS and for feedings... Feed the Bbs the minute you get up...then again just before work if they have eaten it all. Feed BBs when you get home at 4 and again late that night.
If you want to cheat alittle. put the lights on a timer ..cover the front of the tank and the top and shut the lights off for a few hours midday. I used to do this all the time when I worked in the lab and had fry.

My intention was to have at least one feed during the day while I am at work. But I will take in consideration the suggestions. Thanks

Morning surveillance shot. No auto feeder just a lot of brine shrimp before I leave for work.
