The other pair moved all the wiggles from the pleco cave to the sponge filter. Should I put in a cone to see if the move them there, what do you think Al or leave them the way they are?

Ok I removed the cone and tested the water and looks good. Now to leave them alone for the rest of the day until I return the sponge filters. Suggestions?

They are doing good as of this morning. I did a small WC last night and didn't put back the sponge filters until this morning due to small amount of ammonia present. I will do another small WC when I get home and remove the filters again incase some are still swimming around. For what I saw this morning 90% were around the parents and it was a nice amount. I still have them covered on 4 sides.

Watching fry attach to the parents can be nerve wracking. Al gave good advice to leave them to it. Sounds like things are going well Chuck

I have the other pair (Eruption and Panda) covered also but they still have the wiggles on the sponge filter.

I am almost there but it's looking good. My old boy is finally happy after losing his other girl a few months back. He never spawned in the 2 plus years I have him. He is a leftover from Hans Stendkers and she is one of Pampas Leopard .
    Thanks for the encouragement.

I don't care what others think. I've seen fish that wouldn't accept another lady. The ladies, on the other hand are somewhat loose with their favors.

Did a small WC and cleaned up so I had a chance to take a frontal shot. My two ladie spawned with my three males but this one stuck. The fry seem to like him better.
