Default New Cobalt Turning dark and has cuts on it after lights out

Hi all, new discus owner here and in process of medicating the new discus. I noticed that my blue got dark and have what look like cuts and scratches on it now over night. Parameters look fine, I'm currently treating with paraguard and metroplex. Is this discus fighting or something else? Thanks in advance!

More info the better. But his fins look to have rot. I’m guessing even though your water testing is right that it’s a water problem. What’s your ph? What’s your water change schedule? What else is in the tank. Picture of the whole tank will help.

Your water parameters don't look OK by the way. You have ammonia somewhere between 0.25-0.5 ppm, and nitrite between 0-0.25ppm. Your discus appears to have ammonia burns. What medications are you using? Some gram positive antibiotics kill off beneficial filter bacteria.
Please fill out the questionnaire as Al suggested.
