MMM - Looks like a large muddie. Must have been delicious. I used to catch a few at Palm Beah just north of Sydney. I like them with chilie, as they do it in Singapore. Had one at Jordans in Darling Harbour once. It was almost good enough to die for!

I caught him in a local river! Honest! He's a regular brown mud crab. Once cooked his shell turns red. Oh and the females are protected. This pic is proof that he is a big male!

Tony, Zurich is very close to every other European country right? I got two words for you mate, German Discus!
