for IM's click on little green scrolly thingy under users name...

I think that is just to send a message,not an Instant Message,or maybe I am wrong in what I think a instant message is..I thought an IM is when another person is on the board and you IM them and another little box opens on your screen with your message.

We have that on Chat, Mench. Our IM on the board is more like an e-mail message.
