    Default Metro in food...

    Quick question...

If add Metronidazole to food and freeze it is it still only good for 8 hours? do I have to make a new batch of food every 8 hours?

    250mg Metro/100 grams of beefheart ?

No, Frozen in food it lasts for a long time. In water it loses it's potency in 8 hours. Frank

When you use metro with food for treatment, is it neccessary to increase temp. to 90+?

    Thanks

I've had best luck that way - most everyone recommends it.

Hi I think that one is up to you. I don't like to boil ;D my fish into recovery, but as Carol says most people do. Usually to speed up the metabolic rate of the fish so it gets hungry. If the fish is already eating I don't turn up the heat and try to refrain from doing so.
