saltwater live rock tank?

Hey all i was just wondering if anyone kept a saltwater tank? If so can i pick your brain. I just inheirited a 45 g with all the goodies but i need to find out more about keeping it.It has an electronic balast with 4 110watt lights with full spectrum, live rock, a trickle filter with pump, a protein skimmer, and electronic temp gauges, a few fish too including mating clown fish. This is one cool setup but i need info bad. Someone please help me.

Hey PM me if you want, I converted a 225 salt to a discus tank, salt is pretty easy if your used to doing discus.
