High Protein Amounts

Hello folks I was just wondering what has the highest amount of PROTEIN that I can include in my Feeding Mix besides a BEEF/TURKEY/BISON/ETC. heart. I was thinking about substituting Mysis into the recipe as a local retailer sells them with a protein level of 65.5% crude protein/lipids. The main reason why I ask is the BEEF/TURKEY/BISON/ETC. heart mix is a bit troublesome as it clouds your water, oily residue, and a pain in the @ss to clean and etc.
So what can I use to maximaize my protein in my feeding and assure good healthy discus.

I know CBW's are the best... but what I am trying to do is eliminate the feeding of worms as they may or may might not harbor parasites.
