    Default fish guarding unfertilized eggs...

i guess i should be happy she's going the extra mile, and not just eating them immediately....the only male in the tank just hung out and watched her lay the eggs without fertilizing them...

frank: the male is taking turns guarding the unsterilized eggs... I know that he didn't sterilize them....I suspect HE knows that he didn't fertilize them...the male is a "long term headstander" should i even bother trying to get him to breed?? he can't seem to get his equipment flying vertical for the "money shot"...(pardon my french)

Maybe when the wild red santerim male has done his thing successfully with the red alenquer, move him in with the red spotted snake female and see what happens. ???
