shipping to Canada

I want to ship a small box of guppies to Canada. How would I go about doing that..Post office? UPS? FedEx? Any advice would be appreciated.

nopers. has to be air.
as you have to have an invoice on the outside of the box to clear customs. and...as you know.you cant really ship fed-ex with saying live fish unless you have a waiver.
so..you need to do air. and the invoice has to be on the outside of the box as the box cannot be opened till clearing customs. andyou cant clear customs without an invoice. and..the amount you put on the invoice is also the amount youd receive if the airline messes up in insurance.
