Fishroom setup

Hi,

If I am a good husband then by next Christmas (not the upcoming one!) I may have Mrs. Santa's approval for more fish tanks. To go ahead without that approval would mean keeping company with my two basement tanks all night and every night.

Would anyone be able to direct me to a source of information on setting up a "fishroom". The setup would definitely need to be low-tech and low-cost.

I am hoping there is a book with some ideas.
