    Hey guys I was just wondering what ... if you guys make your own foods
    what are your recipes... GUMP has a real good one that I used to make Beefheart...thanks Pierre

    Hey Ryan, Good to see ya here. We will get ya into Discus before long! LOL. There are alot of recipies out there, probably as many as there are members here! LOL. I don't know how to post a link to another post here, but look above at "food recipies" started by Brewmaster. there are several there.

    Kool thanks Pierre, yes you will have to get me into Discus... I got just about every other cichlid in the hobby but no discus yet...closest i got would be my severums... So waht would you suggest to get for a tank size for a pair?
