    Default new to planted

    hi,
am new to planted tanks and have setup a new planted tank on monday.

i have riccia, java moss and anubia.
the riccia are bubbling, but the others are not??? i add fertilizers everyday and hormones on the day of water change, that is every week.

co2 is yet to come and to be injected. will come by saturday.

is there anything else that i need to do??? please let me know.

    thanx in advance.

Don't worry if you don't see your Java Moss and Anubias pearling it's not often that they do a lot of that. The Riccia on the other hand....it'll bubble your tank up like a champaigne glass.

    Arpan,

Now that you've got the CO2 make sure to keep your fertilizers up. Riccia will eat a lot and an imbalance will cause algae problems.

Check out the post on Algae Questions above for nutrient info. Don't worry, you'll soon be growing more Riccia that you'll want to deal with... Once it gets going it's a noxious weed!
