Need a good and reasonable price water pump ? ( not submersible pump )

Does anyone know any cheap water pump ?

at sears they have 1/12hp craftsman utility water pump for $69.99. Does anyone here use it ?

What's a guess! I want to use it to clean my two tanks ( 125 gal on upper level and 55 gal in the basement. I am too lazy to use the python siphon that i have to connect to the sink in the kitchen and then in the utility sink in bsmt.
