It would have to be very high. Sword plants can grow in brackish tanks, which are borderline saltwater tanks. Swords are tough plants!
Saying it another way, you could treat fish (including discus) with salt in a tank with a sword plant.

If you are asking if you can treat your tank with salt for medicinal purposes with out hurting your plants, yes you can. The recommended treatment concentrations will not hurt your plants. If you are putting salt in your tanks all the time swords can handle even brackish (as laready mentioned), but some of the softer type plants such as many apogenton and camoba will "melt" in a constantly salted tank (at least that is what happened in a livebearer tank that I had with salt at 2 tbsp. per 10 gallons).
