    Default red wigglers and earth warm SAME???

    are they the same if not which would be better for Discus?
    I have use cbw but is too hight in price..
    but they are all in good small size..
    need some cheap cbw website too

    I use red worms in the colder months great source of protien. And do not carry aquatic diseases.

    Earthworms per say are usually too big.
