    Default Baby Brine Shrimp

    Hi,
I have fry that have been free swimming for about two days. The parents are getting better at this now and I wondered when should I start hatching BBS?
I understand that BBS should be fed to the fry at about 5 days old.
How long do I need to hatch the BBS for this to happen?
    Thanks.

depending on the water temp BS hatch in 20-24 hrs they are only nutritious for 24 hrs after hatching when they still have there yolk sac. What I do is start one batch when they hatch I then start another so I have a continous supply. You probably only need to feed BBS to the fry for about a week to 10 days before you can start using crushed flake or frozen ONF1.
