beef heart mix - still fail after many trying!!

quite frustrated as i have been tested many time to mix my beef heart recipe but still fail. my recipe consist of :-

1. beef heart
2. deshelled prawn
3. cod fish
4. spirullina powder
5. paprika
6. binding agent - gelatin

how much gelatin should i add to the mix? are we going to make it like 'meat in the jelly' type?

the best is if anyone can post a photo on how the end product look like. ;D thks a lot....

Your recipe looks good. You don't really need gelatin if you have prawn. It will hold the ingredients together. The frozen BH cube should not melt like volcano lava when drop into the tank and foul the water. It should hold it together until the fish rip it apart. The consistancy is just right. If it fail again. Add a little bit of fish flakes. it will hold it together. HTH
