I use one of those little plastic 3 tsp measuring cups that come with childrens motrin or tylenol. They measure in teaspoons but the conversion is Easy. Here's a good conversion site but theres plenty of others on the net.

Ops I rechecked the eye dropper. 2 drops is 0.1ml.
