Sure is. When I fine grind my beefheart I add all of that plus fresh garlic gloves, red peppers, yellow peppers, a little green leaf letuce, actually I just add vitamin C, and some times I will throw in some really good flake food.
Grind it all to a fine - small, consistancy ... freeze and serve.
P.S. I have found it is easiest to work with beefheart when it is just above freezing; about 40F..... Very easy to trim the fat and devien, and put through the grinder. Same with the veggis!
I keep every thing ''cold''. not as messy, either!
