good interview. ;D 8) now what was so hard about that?
    looks easy enough..
That red eddy is my fihies relative. : )) right?
Well i would like to thank Rod for the endless hours of questions he has answered for me....with much patience and the encouragement .
And also for the beautiful fish he worked hard to arrange to send to Canada for me. There was alot of time spent with checking out connections export laws etc etc. not to mention the stress worrying and waiting for them to arrive . think it was like sending his kids off to a foreign country.

I've had the priveledge of knowing Rod for awile now, I have the utmost respect for him, everytime I see a picture or a new crossing of his, Its always perfectly shaped and so classic looking it reminds me of all the great fish in the books I read as a kid that got me wishing for discus in the first place.

his fish are always so well balanced and proportioned its hard to describe. considering he lives in Australia and his access to new fish is limited, Its amazing when you look at what he's acheived with the stock he has to work with.

His red eddy line is from the original Schmidt-Focke red eddy, it has curipura in its ancestry and rod makes sure the strain isnt lost.

Rod is one for the history books!

Rod and John thanks for the interview.

Thank you Rod, Not only for this spot light but for all the help you have provided me in the past 5 months, His wealth of information which he freely parts with has just been invaluable, The reason I have healthy happy Discus is due to your help.

When I had a problem with my Discuss he arrived at my door within the hour.

    Thanks again Rod
