Well, my pool project has been up and operational now for three weeks or so and I was going to need some replacements for the carbon filter that Randal originally made for me. I had several questions to make sure I was making the most out of the carbon blocks and not wasting my money. I e-mailed Randall about giving him a call and he quickly e-mailed me back with his phone number.

He answered ALL my questions/concerns with simple explanations as to why I should or shouldn't make some of the changes I was thinking about. Turns out the system he originally made for me was, and IS, exactly what I need. So I just ordered a few more replacement carbon blocks

He's not looking to sell you something you don't need just to make a sale. I LIKE THAT ;D He will get all my orders for water needs from here on out.
