Why my discus don't lay egg

Hi ,
I am new in Discus , I need your advice.
I have 8 adult discus in 55 gallon community tank . They are around 4-5”& 1 year plus of age. Since last month , 2 pairs of discus start to pairing off. They shimmy to each other , chasing other tank mate from their site & established Territories. cleaning spawn site followed by trial run . At the end , both pairs didn’t laid any egg.
Same thing was repeated several times (with different fish) ,I am wondering why they didn’t laid any egg , anything wrong with my water parameter or fish, water parameter as follow ;
   
   PH - 7.5
   Temp – 84
   Ammonia – 0
   Conductivity - 75µs/cm2

I feeding the discus with Hikari frozen blood worm , Tetrabits ,Sera & Azoo discus pellet, twice a day.

1.Why the discus didn’t laid egg after they went through all the pairing activities?
2.Should I move the suspected pair to breeding tank ?

8 discus is kinda crowded for a 55 . . . but I would guess your discus females are not ready to lay eggs yet. I'd give them a couple of more months and then maybe reduce the numbers in the tank.

Thanks for your input. Another question , Shall I move the suspected pairs to breeding tank Now?

Why don't you move one "pair" to a 29 gallon and leave 6 in the 55 gallon. That way you can see which works best for you.
