    Default Morning eggs!!

Woke to these 2 protecting eggs. This is around the 3rd 4th time they’ve gotten together. F5837A4A-B2DF-417F-8399-4CD7B82DC8EB.jpg large amount of eggs toBFDF40F7-7C42-4ECB-88C2-3EB8EAA78F16.jpg. So what do you guys think the fry will look like? Will they be a mix? Just curious if it’s worth trying. Not a pairing I wanted but that pigeon seems like a very strong discus and the fry I got from the eruption pair came out nice. This is that female. Maybe a spotted pigeon?

Best guess.. snakeskins and turqs.. they might be dirty as that pigeon has a really dark tail and some peppering on face. . Id say alot is going to depend on the females genetics. Its hard to guess on these so I could be way off base.. give it a shot.

You never know what they are going to look like until you see what the babies look like, always worth a try you never know with hidden genetics.

Congratulations, I'd see what happens for sure. So if a fish has a dark tail it's more likely to have peppering? Interesting if that's the case.

Thanks all those eggs were eaten but once I move the babies into the other tanks I may put those 2 in the 50 and see what happens.
