I have one pair of discus fish. Whenever they lay eggs and after 3 days from hatching, the parents would eat the fries. This has happened 10 times.

What would you advise me to do?

Pull the female prior to the eggs hatching and let the male raise them.

Next time try pulling the male and if she eats them then I guess just leave them together until they get it right.
