white spots.

I was just looking at my discus and it has white spots about 1/4 the size of the smiley faces :'( on his dorsal fin and his tail fin around 4 of them and one right on his sacale where his dorsal fin starts I don't think it is ick because i have my temperature set at 82 degrees. Any idea of what this is?

I know when I saw those it was a columnaris outbreak. I would heat water to 86f and add salt right away.
