    Default 3d background - aquamaniac/ atg scape

I ordered a amazon 3d background from atg-scape for my 210 aquarium on jan 10 2014 and I will be receiving it on Tuesday March 4. This is a 72x 30 background and took a fair enough time to get in hand. I will try to post this project as a journal.

Though atg scape has an address in KY, the background is made in UK.

Hope it will look good in the tank.

Very nice. I've had a few 3D background myself and the one thing I remember is that all of mine overlapped, rather than met as a seam. Will you try to blend it in a bit with some additional materials or will you leave it with the line showing as breaks?

you are right..they all overlap and a gap is always visible. At this point, I am not going to do anything..there is a spongy material on each sides... I will try to fill the gap with it

It is a great looking background. Does it need to be siliconed in?

It need not be silicone..it has got some brackets where you can put the connectors to hold them. The background is also a bit heavier than the Rocky background..here are the pictures..
