One more of what I think is the male .
He has turned very dark .Cleaning some but letting the pigion do the most of the work.
They are in a fifty gal with 7 others who are watching kind of dumbfounded about what is going on.

Sounds like it will soon be time to setup more tanks....Breeding will soon fill the basement.....then fry tanks to follow. ;D

my experience has been the female tends the eggs the most and the male will do most of the feeding once they are fs.

that is my limited experience.

Alass no eggs yet .
There still paired up and hold ground at one end of the tank.
Cleaning and pecking at the site still continuing to clean.
Oh well maybe this week

ahh, be patient my very first pair still has yet to see a wrigglers, but now i have to active turk pairs and a BD/cobalt pair working on it... it's a slow process. good luck!

ps my turk pair got it right on the 4th try
