    I was wondering what kind of algea eaters most of the "Simply" members use with thier Discus. ;D

    I have a Bristlenose and a little Gold spot plec.Both dont bother the Discus.The bristlenose is a good algae eater but the gold spot is not but it looks good

    Dwarf albino bristlenose plecos (acistrus trimecki sp?) work great! No too big (max 4 inches with tail)and so far seem to leave the discus alone. I dont know about how well they stay away from eggs though....and apparently they need to be pulled from the tank if you are medicating with hyde....

    I have used SAE and also bristlenose and otos.
